7 nights residential course in Camos, north-eastern Spain – Catalonia
with Sue Tompkins & Kim Farley
Venue & Location:La Torre De Dalt, Camos, Province of Girona
La Torre De Dalt (www.latorrededalt.com) dates from the XVI century. The spacious property comprises a ten-room house (with seven bathrooms) and also a four-bedroom and three-bedroom apartment with their own bathrooms. The property has been carefully restored to retain its historical structure but also to include all modern conveniences. There are many living rooms (one of them 110 m2) and dining rooms, and a covered terrace 130 m2 (perfect for eating outdoors). There are many photos online for you to see the beauty of La Torre De Dalt for yourself and a short you tube film. There is also a swimming pool and acres of land to explore. Banyoles city centre and lake is under 3 miles away whilst the beautiful medieval city of Girona is about 12 miles distant. And the Costa Brava and Pyrenees are not far. Barcelona is about 75 miles south. The nearest beach is about 25 miles.
Meals:
Breakfast (cereals/continental style), light lunch and dinner as the main meal of the day. Also included: teas/coffees and other refreshments throughout the day (but not alcohol!). Vegetarian and other dietary requirements will be catered for wherever possible. Just tell us your requirements – in advance – so we can be well-prepared. Kim, who as well as being enormous fun and a great astrologer and teacher, is an accomplished cook; she has done the catering on many courses, as well as for weddings, parties and other events. As well as teaching on the course, Kim will be in charge of fine dining at La Torre De Dalt.

Transport:
By Air: Low-cost airlines fly from many UK and European airports to nearby Girona, where one can catch a bus from the airport. Or one can fly to Barcelona.
By Train: From Barcelona, there are frequent trains to Girona including the express train which is frequent and takes about 40 minutes. From Girona, there are frequent buses, or one could get a taxi if preferred.
